Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ΛΞTHER Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

ΛΞTHER Systems provides custom software development, web applications, system integration, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks. Our brand, logo, and website content remain our exclusive property.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require an initial deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon milestone completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or proprietary data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

ΛΞTHER Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
